S.C. FORAJ SONDE S.A. Videle has created and implemented an integrated management system in the field of quality, environment and OSH, in accordance with the international standards SR EN ISO 9001:2015, SR EN ISO 14001: 2015, SR EN ISO 45001:2018 and it has been conceived so that the organization might keep under control the quality of the executed products, their own environment issues and OSH risks and continuously improve its performances.
The top management is directly involved in correct planning, providing the necessary resources, in safety and security of work, the environment and continuous improvement of quality of works and services provided, customer satisfaction represents one of the objectives of maximum importance.
It is our policy to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all employees in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Promote a positive attitude towards safety.
• Establish safety and health objectives for all levels of management and employees.
• Provide sufficient resources to increase the safety culture: provide trainings, working equipment, adequate PPE (personal protective equipment), technical support
• Assure compliance with all company safety, health, and security programs and practices both for our employees and subcontractors
• Regularly review and evaluate safety, health, and security programs, procedures, and practices to assure that they are effective and up to date.
• Encourage reporting of all incidents and sharing lessons learned and good practice information
In every work places are applied international standards security, health, environment and quality, but also international rules of good practice in oil (API, IADC, OSHA), the Romanian laws and relevant international rules and regulations related Work permit system (PTW), security analysis at work (JSA).
